Changing the Learning Landscape

From Digital Literacy in the Disciplines (HEA)
Jump to: navigation, search

The HEA CLL workshop series initiated a number of small 'tipping point' projects in 2013 to develop changes into the curriculum. These were quite small amounts of funding to target a specific opportunity identifed by a member of the community that they could implement quickly within their discipline. The rationale is that a small amount of targeted funding can initiate a change within the curriculum which is also portable to other institutions.

Each project outlined the challenge they wished to address and this was captured onto a project template. As these projects also had an aspect of digital literacy involved they were asked to capture how these had developed within the participants and the issues this raised for digital literacy within their situation. In effect, these projects uncover digital literacy issues from seeking other objectives and these are captured within the reports here.

These projects will share a common template to record developments in practice.

The Changing the Learning Landscape projects were linked to the workshop activities for 2012-2013.
